International strategy and research consultancy, MTM, brought me in to revamp their website, TOV and internal comms.

A few things that set MTM apart: They care about lasting, real world impact for their work, they build real connections with their clients and they absolutely love a challenge.

This needed to be fully embedded in the copy - I wanted the reader to know it, not just be told it.

MTM really understand the value of consistent, powerful copy across their website and internal communications. I also created TOV guidelines and a brand manifesto for them to use in-house, to sharpen their vision and increase buy-in from the wider team.
